| 心”已通过国家食品药品监督管理局(SFDA)组织的“药物非临床研究质量 |

| 管理规范”(GLP)认证检查。 |

| Huibei Center for Safety Evaluation of Drugs(HCSED) is located in |

Wuhan which is the key metropolis of central China.HCSED lies

beside Changjiang River,in the foot of Sheshan Mountain,and adjoins

Yellow Crane Tower.

| HCSED is affiliated to Hubei Pharmaceutical Industry ResearchInstitute |

| Co.Ltd.Its main tasks are to carry out the preclinical safety |

evaluation of under research and marketed drugs.It possesses a

| scientific and specialtrained teams with advanced skills and |
|
| experiences in performing studies on the safety evaluation of drugs. |
|
It is well equipped with experimental and animal facilities and
|
|
| instruments. The HCSED was inspected for GLP validation organized by |
|
| SFDA in late 2004. |
